I was there once and I had nice experience with one lady there. She was cutting my ends on dry hair. Everything was fast, easy and how I wanted. So I decided to return but second time it wasn't so successful. This time took me another lady and her colleague came to give her advice. I wanted cut and color. But they told me they will not put any colors on my hair bcs they was afraid that they will destroy my hair. They told me wait one month and then come back. (My hair wasn't so bad). I was disappointed but I said ok can u cut my hair at least but they pressed me to wash them. I didn't like it. I wanted talk with manager and after small argue she told me to leave or they will call police. I left and I am happy I went to Regis salon in mall. Lady there said my hair are ok to color them. She made lil bit highlits, cut my hair and she gave me treatment. My hair looks amazing again. My opinion about Fantastic Sams Cut is that manager should definitely listen more customers and have understanding for their needs. Everything is possible if someone want. Plus threated custumer by police was lil bit too much. I was travel all over Europe and USA and nobody treated me this way. Customer was every time on first place and "no" wasn't answer. Even me, when I worked with ppl I tried to find some way what will work for customer. But everything bad happens for good reason. I found someone who will become my hairdresser from now and I am happy. I will never return on this place ever again.
