Don't do business with Tim Hogan Carpet
this is Don from Tim hogans. I am just following up after showing you carpet Sunday. Since it seems like you are never available to speak I have to assume you are not ready for new carpet or maybe I needed to show you a cheaper carpet or you don't have any money to put down or maybe your husband just said no. Being in business over 30 years I know not everyone can buy or make a decision right away and that's ok. I wouldn't be upset with you. At this point I just need to know where I stand so I don't have paperwork that's idle or unfinished in my files. Thank you so much
Is this man crazy!?! It hasnt been a full 48 hours and he is already talking about how much I can/cannot afford. Money wasnt an issue it was juat that me and my husband still have not had the chance to really sit down and talk about it. My advice to anyone considering using this company is don't use them unless you are ready for them to start immediately. I thought this was border line harrassment but what do you guys think?
i had hardwood flooring installed in my living room and dining room. The staff was friendly and professional. The installation was quick and they left the area cleaner than when they came. I had a small issue with the floor and they took care of it. They were price competitive and I would recommend them for any hardwood flooring needs.
I wanted to spread the word about this company. I contacted the company last Thursday to set up an appointment to get my living room re-carpeted. The appointment was set for Sunday, October the 8th. Originally it was planned that my husband would be there to give his input but due to previous engagements, he was unable to make it back home in time. The estimate given by Don, the salesman was extremely reasonable and within my budget. I even chosed the pricier carpet to use. When Don left, it was understood that me and my husband would discuss our options and give Don a call back once we were ready to proceed. Today is the 10th of October and I have currently received 3 phone calls from Don and 2 voice messages. He was well aware that I work full time and have 2 school age children. I honestly was going to proceed with using this company to do my carpet UNTIL I received this text message from the sales guy:
Tim Hogan was the best in price, selection and costumer service. I had a full remodel on flooring in my home. They refinished the original hardword floors. The bathroom tile and river rock shower floor really opened up the room. It was effortless on my end, they took care of everything and made sure it was stress free for me.
