Not a good place to stay good rates but bad service no hot water only a few chanels to chose from and room phone not working
It was your average inexpensive motel room. Pretty much what you would expect for the price, however, it was very clean and that is always a GREAT thing at a motel. Essentially, you get what you pay for. I would like to note, though, that if you don't like an extra extra firm mattress... this ain't the place for you.
I first called there to ask question and spoke with Jesse she help greatly then I called back and spoke with Angela how seemed not to be able to understand me or know if the rooms had fridges and micro waves I get there and my first meeting with staff was less than impressive Angelia said no more then two sentences to me and charged me a dollar more then what my reservation was even after I showed her she shrugged and said this was the price and couldn’t be changed. It was a dollar so I didn’t really care but, she never said anything about a weekly rate or not being refunded. The maintenance man was nice and helped but smelled of alcohol, when I first got there the room did not had a microwave I called the front desk and they sent Maintenance he went and got a microwave while he was gone I found the latch lock didn’t work right so he had fix the latch lock because it did not latch I have a small child that could not be ignored. Then House keeping had to come because the tub was filthy ( I have a picture and he didn’t do a great job) later than night after leaving and coming back I come to find the tub had warm water backed into it that wasn’t my shower/bath water and it wasn’t a little either. Maintenance had to come out again to unclog the tub using bleach and a stick. This was all on the day I checked in. Then there was house keeping. I had to always chase down I understand limited service but, he was darn near impossibly to get and he lived on site. Then on further inspection of the room it was dusty and the draws all stuck and not well cleaned dust bunnies rolled out from under the bed. I then had to clean the bathtub myself after the clog was fixed because he couldn’t be reached. I also had to clean the room myself. I asked him to vacuum and he handed me a broom and walked to the next room. I was shocked. I was an evacuee from Florida I drove 12 hours there with two kids a dog and a cat I didn’t need this. I even asked the front desk clerk Jesse if I got the green light to go home early and left would I be refunded and she said yes. I go and check out and it’s Angela (she is there dressed in her bloody pajamas, robe and slippers) and I ask about how long the refund takes tells me no refund and says she can’t do anything it is policy but doesn’t explain any further. Needless to say never got to talk to a manager or got a refund and now I am being treated rudely by guest relations staff.Way to treat your guests.
Service was good. The heat in the room needs to be improved.
It was ok. The room we had, left a lot to be desired in the sense that it needed quite alot of repairs to be made to the room.
