I recently purchased pizza from Papa Murphy and I love the concept. The ingredients were fresh and prepared in front of my eyes and I walked out with four family size pizzas! Everyone loved the delicious pizzas....
I placed an order on line & when I went to pick it up they raised the price by $5.49 . I asked them if I had paid by credit card online , would they have charged me the extra money & they said probably not . The 2 pizza's I ordered were 17.00 & 14.00 & then I got the online discount for my order & the total with tax was $24.16 to be paid in cash when I picked them up . I almost refused to pay the new total of $29.65 ! For some reason they decided to add 5 charges of premium toppings at $1 each , totaling $5 , and I only got 1 premium topping of steak & ordered extra steak ... & That pizza was a large & was $17 but after they got done that pizza was $22 & I still had to bring it home and cook it . I will never go back & I am mad that I even paid for it in the first place !!! Rude & ridiculous
You better have an oven because these excellent pizzas aren't served baked.

First off I order from this place at least 2-3 times per week. Sometimes the order is correct and sometimes it isn't but I don't usually get too worked up about it. Tonight however my order was fixed incorrectly and my wife went in to get it rectified and the four bumbling teenagers behind the counter did nothing to make it right but giggle and say "A manager made it, why would the manager make it incorrectly". The manager did actually give my wife a call this evening and apologized.
